Define which work remains with your firm, what Ewaider&Co will deliver and where the teams need to coordinate.

02 / Thoughtful introductions

Agree the timing and purpose of client contact, along with the information needed to assess the engagement.

03 / A considered handover

Align deliverables, dependencies and communication arrangements before the engagement begins.

BEFORE THE FIRST INTRODUCTION

Questions that matter.

Yes. We agree your firm’s involvement and the client communication arrangements before the engagement begins. Your team continues to advise the client within its own scope, while Ewaider&Co delivers the operational services agreed with the client. We define the points of contact and how the teams will coordinate.

No. You can introduce a client for a specific need, such as payroll, accounting, tax compliance, local representation or company formation. We assess the requirements and prepare a proposal covering the relevant services, responsibilities and fees.

Referral compensation is set out in a written agreement. Before any referral, we discuss the eligible services, calculation basis, payment schedule and duration. Any arrangement must also be compatible with your firm’s policies and applicable professional rules. The initial conversation does not create a payment entitlement or obligation.

Yes. You can first describe the type of business, its plans in Brazil, the services needed and the expected timeline without naming the client. If the opportunity progresses, we agree what information is necessary and how it should be shared. Please do not send confidential client documents through this initial form.

Our team will reply by email to understand your firm and arrange an introductory conversation with Eric Waidergorn or Frantiesco Pessoa. We discuss the client needs you typically encounter, how our teams would work together and the commercial framework. If there is a fit, we document the arrangements before moving forward.
