Ewaider&Co was founded in 2012 by Eric Waidergorn, following a successful career at the largest outsourcing and consulting firm in Brazil. During his career, Eric identified a recurring problem: high client turnover due to a lack of personalized and close service. Motivated to create a solution that truly made a difference, he established Ewaider&Co with the mission of offering an outsourcing service that seamlessly integrates with his clients’ operations.
From the beginning, Ewaider&Co stood out for its unique approach, bringing together a team of experienced and committed professionals dedicated to excellence. This team, led by Eric and his partners, is the foundation of our success, providing agile and high-quality service that makes our clients feel genuinely supported.

Graduated in Accounting, Frantiesco has over 20 years of experience in providing outsourcing and financial consulting services to international companies in Brazil. He was a member of Deloitte’s management team for over 10 years. He has worked in companies in a variety of segments, participating in international startup projects in Brazil and abroad.
Bruno Antunes
Business executive with experience of more than 7 years in Tresury Management for International Companies in the Outsourcing industry among the big 6 firms. Graduated in international commerce, businees studies and specialized in financial management.
Jessica Roxadelli
Human Resources Professional with over 10 years of experience in Payroll and Personnel Administration. Expertise in managing admission, vacation, benefits, and termination processes. Skilled in payroll preparation, system parameterization, compliance with legal obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, DIRF), and labor cost analysis.
